EARLIER MANAGING TRUSTEE

Shri Ram Raghubir Prasad Sinha received his M.A. in Sociology from Patna University, also as study subject behooves, he has been socially expedient underpinned with his impregnable “helping positioning”.

Despite having worked at different places as a senior government functionary, he eventually chose to remain close to his roots in the village and work towards the betterment of the local villagers.

He has been associated with Bharat Vikash Parishad, Saran (Chapra) for many years, and has also chaired the Parishad intermittently. His regular contribution under bionic prosthetics has been well recognized throughout the country and he continues to contribute even today to the cause. His resolve of being socially supportive has been evidenced by his initiatives like organizing heart camps in Saran with doctors from Escorts Hospital, New Delhi for over 12 years now. He has conducted these camps every year at his own expense without any financial aid or sponsorship and this event enables the underprivileged with heart issues and complications who lack sufficient resources to get consultation free of cost.

PROFESSOR ( DR. ) RAMASHRAY SINHA

EARLIER TRUSTEE

Dr. Ramashray Sinha, professor and an illustrious educationist from Chapra who has now retired and is concentrating his energies on helping the underprivileged.

Dr. Ramashray Sinha was Professor & Head of the Department of Political Science with J P University. He was also a visiting professor at BRA Bihar University. He spearheaded Bihar College Commission as Chairman and is also a member of the Bihar University Service Commission. He is also a member of the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi, also did his Masters in Political Science from Patna University. He has been mentoring and closely monitoring the progress of the Foundation keenly over the years. Having proven to be a very socially responsive person by his rigorous efforts to make social changes, he was nominated as a member of Raja Ram Mohan Roy library by the department of education, Government of India.

Dr. Sinha is remembered affectionately by the members of the Commission and University alike. His penchant for research has earned him many publications in different national & international journals. He has supervised many well known and established researchers who were successfully awarded a Ph.D. under his stellar guidance.

MRS. SANGEETA SINGH

MANAGING TRUSTEE

Mrs. Sangeeta Singh is a homemaker who has been actively involved in social work all her life. Education has always been a cause close to her heart and she has always found a way to be associated with it over the years.

She has been a part of Kusum in the capacity of a Trustee and strived hard to create a very cohesive and trusting atmosphere for the students and staff alike.

She is heavily involved in activities like tailoring, embroidery, and doll making and ensures all the requirements are met efficiently.
